Finding Your Tracking Number
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package
- The carrier handling your delivery (typically USPS)
How to Track
Option 1: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Option 2: Copy your tracking number and enter it at USPS.com/track or your carrier's website.
Haven't Received a Tracking Email?
- Check your spam/junk folder — shipping emails sometimes get filtered
- Allow 1–3 business days — tracking emails are sent once your order ships, not when it's placed
- eBooks don't have tracking — digital products are delivered instantly via email
Tracking Not Updating?
Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after your shipping email is sent. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, the carrier may still be processing the scan.
