Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Need to make changes to your order? Here's what you need to know:

Changing Your Order

We can help with changes if your order has not yet shipped. This includes:

Already shipped ❌ No — But you can return it
eBook/Digital (downloaded) ❌ No — Digital sales are final
eBook/Digital (not downloaded) Contact us to discuss

If Your Order Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you can refuse delivery or return the item once received. Visit our Return Policy for instructions.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders can typically be canceled before the product releases and ships. Contact us with your order number to request a cancellation.
